This policy describes the information processed by the NEXO Ads Manager software project and its planned integrations. For information about the responsible legal entity, please contact us before entering a service agreement.
1. Information we process
Depending on features enabled, we may process user and contact identifiers, authorized advertising account identifiers, campaign settings, performance data, requested changes, confirmation history, and service security logs.
2. Purposes
We process information to provide authorized campaign management, reporting, account connection, user support, fraud prevention, and service security.
3. Platform authorization
We access advertising accounts only when their owners or authorized representatives have approved access. Availability depends on platform permissions. We do not sell advertising account credentials.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared with relevant advertising platforms, infrastructure providers, or service providers only as necessary to operate authorized functions or comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
We aim to limit retention to operational and legal needs and apply reasonable access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
